Personal Information We Collect

We automatically collect device information when you visit our site, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and cookies. As you browse, we gather data about the pages you view and how you interact with the site.

When you request a demo, play one of our demos or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email, and the details of your business problem, so we can respond and scope an AI automation solution for you.

When you become a client, we also hold your business contact details, the people you invite to your Study Singh account, and the data from the platforms you choose to connect (see sections 03 and 04).

Why We Process Your Data

We process your data only as much as necessary to respond to demo requests, deliver the AI automation and advertising services you sign up for, show you reports, keep our services secure, maintain the website, and generate usage statistics. We do not sell your data.

Data From Google Ads, Meta and Other Platforms You Connect

If you are our client, you may authorise Study Singh AI to access your Google Ads account, your Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad account, Pages and lead forms, your WhatsApp Business number, and your website or CRM. You give this access through each platform's official partner or API permission screens. We never ask for your passwords.

Through these official APIs we read: account and campaign settings, budgets, ads, keywords and search terms, performance numbers (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions), policy and delivery status, and the leads people submit through your ads or lead forms (for example their name, phone number, email and the answers they give).

We use this data only to run, measure, report on and improve your own advertising and sales process, as agreed with you. Changes to your campaigns are made only within limits you approve, and larger changes wait for your approval.

Measurement Data We Send Back to Google and Meta

To help your ads reach people who actually become customers, we send Google (through the Google Data Manager API) and Meta (through the Meta Conversions API) a record when a lead from your ads becomes qualified or makes a purchase. This record contains the ad click identifier, the stage reached, the date, the value, and the customer's email and phone number hashed with SHA-256, which turns them into an unreadable code before they leave our systems.

We do this only for clients who ask for it, only for leads that came from that client's own ads, and only for measuring and optimising that client's campaigns. Google and Meta process this data under their own terms and policies.

Google API Services

Study Singh AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data received from Google APIs is used only to provide and improve the features you can see in your Study Singh account. It is not sold, not used for advertising of our own, not used to determine creditworthiness, and not used to train general-purpose AI models. Our staff read it only with your permission, to provide support, for security, or where the law requires.

Meta Platform Data

Data we receive from Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) is processed in line with the Meta Platform Terms. We use it only to provide the service you asked for, we do not sell it or share it with data brokers, and we delete it when you remove our access, end your contract, or ask us to delete it.

Service Providers We Use

We share data with trusted providers only as needed to run our services: website and database hosting, our workflow automation platform, Google (Google Ads, Google Data Manager API and Google's AI models for writing ad copy and replies), Meta (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp), our WhatsApp Business Solution Provider, our AI voice-call provider and telephony partner, and our email provider. Each of them is bound by its own security and privacy commitments. Some of these providers may store data outside India.

If You Are a Customer of One of Our Clients

When a business uses Study Singh AI to manage its ads, leads, WhatsApp or calls, that business decides why your data is collected, and we process it on its behalf. If you enquired with one of our clients and want your data accessed, corrected or deleted, contact that business, or write to us and we will pass your request on and help them complete it.

How Long We Keep Data

Website enquiries and demo data: up to 24 months. Client account and campaign data: for as long as you are our client, then deleted within 90 days of the contract ending unless you ask for an export. Backups: kept for up to 14 days. We keep data longer only where the law requires it (for example, tax invoices).

Data Deletion Requests

To request deletion of your data, email sales@studysingh.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", including the details needed to identify your record (for example your name, email, phone number, or the messaging account you used). Deletion requests are completed within 7 days, and we confirm by email.

If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account, you can also remove Study Singh AI from your account's Business Integrations settings, and we delete the related data within 7 days of being notified. If you connected Google, you can remove our access from your Google Ads account at any time.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including the right to be informed, right of access, right to correction, right to erasure, right to restrict processing, right to data portability, right to object, and right to withdraw consent. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may also nominate another person to exercise your rights and raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer (below). Contact sales@studysingh.com to exercise any of these rights.

Information Security

Your information is stored on servers in a controlled, access-limited environment. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), platform access uses official tokens rather than passwords, personal identifiers sent for ad measurement are hashed, team access is role-based with verification on new devices, and access is removed as soon as someone leaves. We will notify you and the authorities of a personal data breach as the law requires.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar storage to keep the site working, remember your choices in our demos, and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may then stop working.

Children

Our services are meant for businesses and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Legal Disclosure

We may disclose your information where required or permitted by law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell clients about important changes by email.
